    The good thingsWorking only with colleagues in the same department. Gain information from a senior (in the same department). Some of the staff are also good, but the remainder should be approached with caution.
    The challengesThe task is not very challenging; it is the higher-ups and the boss that are difficult to deal with. The boss is also ignorant, never attempting to grasp the job process, and trusting his employees. They also prefer traditional methods of problem solving over more convenient methods. This company likewise enjoys doing a double job and thinks it's fantastic (wasting time). The higher ups also enjoy spreading rumours (toxic environment with sick mentality people).
