Good company but heavy workload
The good thingsGot a very responsible boss that willing to train you and give knowledge. Peace environment and no scolding if you make mistake but always discuss together to solve the problem. Since its small company so you can learn a lot fast and you can know everything about managing a company
The challengesSince the company is a new established and small company, they only have little budget for manpower so they hardly to increase manpower but giving heavy workload to existing manpower so you need to know all job and be multiskilled
