    Best place to get a good start
    The good things1) Managers / supervisors are veteran in their field and it should be an honor to learn from such persons. 2) Time flies so fast during working hours since there's always work to keep you busy. 3) Mistakes are forgiven which is a huge motivation for newbies. 4) No office politics, at least in my department. 5) Unlimited coffeee!! pantry is all ours.
    The challengesNothing much as of now. Just a minor thing, office always changes for about 2 years once so relocation may cause some stress once get used to the environment.
