its a good place to work to start your career, good people here, but know your boundaries. its a growing company, projects are coming in, can be okay for experience, but the lack of a mentor or senior supervisor will make you guess the work. some work is easy, some are challenging, its a good mix. i personally left due to low career growth, no increment and strongly for the unrelated and miscellaneous labor intensive aspects they told me to do (former colleague had slipped disc because of this...). your mileage may varyThe good thingsfriendly environment, opportunities to mingle around with sister companies, paid for yearly company trip, good working location, manageable work, reimbursed monthly parking pass, RM400/month car allowance, good and improving benefits package
The challengeslabor intensive work unrelated to role (contracted as engineer, suddenly told to do logistics, heavy furniture moving, boss home renovation, etc.), limited guidance for work, low career ceiling, repetitive work, very low mileage claim (RM0.30/km) and even worse during projects where only petrol receipts are used (they want to save money, so you lose out) despite raising concerns
