What’s it like working at Sheffield Executive?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Sheffield Executive provides comprehensive training for its employees, with a focus on both theoretical and practical aspects of recruitment. Employees appreciate the supportive and friendly colleagues, as well as the great management team with an open-door policy. The company culture is described as fun, with team bonding activities and celebrations.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as a high rate of employee turnover, with employees coming and going frequently. As a small and growing company, administrative tasks can be a burden for consultants. Additionally, employees need to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment, which can be demanding. There may also be limited opportunities for career advancement, particularly at senior levels.

The good thingsGood company as a fresh recruiter. Theoretical and practical training was given with weekly follow-ups. 1 hour bonding time on Fridays during working hours and quarterly celebration, usually over a meal.
The challengesThe employees in the company come and go very fast. No proper follow-up with client and tasks not cascaded well to subordinates. A lot of politics for a small organisation. KPIs may not be suitable for business that is dealing with humans.
