What’s it like working at Sheng Fatt Superbike?

    AI summary of recent reviews

The company offers good benefits such as insurance, lunch allowances, and bonuses. Additionally, the positive work environment with a strong team spirit makes it a rewarding place to work, and employees value the opportunities for growth and the ability to develop skills and contribute to the team's success.

My experience as a Sales Associate has been rewarding, despite challenges, and I've grown both professionally and personally.
The good thingsThe company values its employees and provides excellent training and support. I've been able to develop my sales skills and contribute to the team's success. The positive work environment and strong team spirit make it a rewarding place to work. I look forward to continuing to grow with the company.
The challengesOne of the challenges I've faced in my role as a Sales Associate is the unique nature of motorbikes as non-daily use items. Unlike food and beverages, which are essential and frequently purchased, motorbikes are more considered purchases, requiring more effort to convince customers. Despite this challenge, I've been proactive in seeking out potential customers and highlighting the benefits of our products, and I'm committed to finding creative solutions to increase sales in this market segment.
