    Poor career growth & development with below par increments & benefits.
    The good thingsOverseas training in Japan for few 6months~ 1 year. OT are claimable. Friendly co-workers. Salary paid on time. Able to go back on time.
    The challengesPoor management. (Bias portfolio management, Cost reduction program should be isolated from other responsibilities and not held by the same person). Unclear career growth (Especially for engineers). Unrevised salary package, compensation & benefits. (Below par increment). Improvement on process is saturated due to machine limitation. Dusty environment.

    Unhealthy environment and bad career growth
    The good thingsGood colleagues to work. Work only in office, not allowed at home which is a good thing. Process are not hard to understand.
    The challengesLow salary and increment. Dictator management. Production environment is unhealthy and dusty due to the nature of the product (powder). Technology used and facilities is outdated. Definitely not a good place to stay for long term.

    Good start for fresh graduate.
    The good thingsGood colleagues to help in work and celebrates team member. Good exposure and learn a lot of new knowledges. Hands on job.
    The challengesThe company rule follow the japanese style which strict during work, not really flexible & must on time. It’s make the worker well disciplined. The job is well expose but insufficient team member make feel overwork. The salary offer could be improve too.

    The challengesSalary not base on experience. Sometimes doing engineer task, doing unrelated job, cronyism, back talk, unbalanced work life. Communication problem with some co-workers.
