    If you are looking for a stress-free environment, this is a great choice.
    The good thingsThe most positive aspect is the autonomy and trust management places in us. I really value the flexible working arrangements, including the Work From Home (WFH) options, which help balance our schedule. The office vibe is unstuffy—being able to wear casual outfits makes the environment feel more modern and comfortable. On a practical note, the free parking is a great perk that saves us money daily. Furthermore, the leadership team, including HODs, is very approachable and supportive when we need guidance.
    The challengesThe primary frustration is the healthcare benefits. The current system requires us to pay for clinic visits upfront and claim later, which is burdensome; a cashless medical card should be standard. Please modernize the employee benefits package. Implementing a panel clinic system or a medical card would immediately improve staff morale and retention.

    Great work culture and team, but the medical insurance really needs an upgrade.
    The good thingsI really enjoy the team spirit here. In sales, it can sometimes feel lonely, but at Shinjiru, everyone supports each other. The product knowledge transfer is excellent, which makes it much easier for me to sell hosting solutions to clients with confidence. The commission scheme is also very motivating.
    The challengesThe only major area for improvement is the current medical card and insurance policy. The annual limit feels a bit low compared to the current market rates for private healthcare. It would be great if the company could review the policy to increase the claim limit or include better options for specialist visits, as medical costs have gone up significantly.
