The Firm operates on a 5 day week basis.The Firm operates on a five day week basis from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.The Firm offers legal representation in a variety of specialized fields such as Corporate Services, Commercial & Finance Services, Conveyancing & Banking, Islamic Banking, Corporate Litigation, General Litigation and Privacy Statement.So our story is a series of challenges and improvements to face the ever changing business environment and to service our clients better. We have also made our mark within the legal landscape in Malaysia.On the 1st day of August 1989, today's Sidek Teoh Wong & Dennis came into being when two successful Kuala Lumpur firms merged, taking the legal scene in Kuala Lumpur by storm. The merger was predicated on the shared belief that Malaysia's leading organizations would seek legal advice that was able to look beyond borders or narrow areas of expertise.Focusing on the future and anticipating evolving client needs is not only about understanding where clients will want legal advice but also about how they want that service delivered.During the last few years, Sidek Teoh Wong & Dennis has taken initiatives to ensure effective management of our firm - from the adoption of IT systems and sophisticated document management processes to investment in learning and development to creating efficient and cost-effective legal support, administrative and business research.But whatever needs we have anticipated in the past are nothing compared with those that lie ahead of us.     The challengesThis firm is too strict to the staff. Every morning the HR will be round in the office to make sure that you are in the office. You cannot talk and use your mobile phone during office hour. The bosses will keep an eye to you while you doing your job.

    The good thingsThe establishment of the firm's brand. No sallary cutting during the economic downturns. Consistent monthly salary and yearly increament. Learning opportunity (depending on own wishes).
    The challengesTo carry and responsible for all matters left by the previous employees regardless mistakes and errors in preparation of legal documents and completing them in proper legal manner.

    The good thingsPaid according to experience. Staff gets their partial bonus before festival and performance bonus 2 weeks before cny if they have worked for more than 1 year. Office trip is assured annually. I am not so sure now since i left 5 years ago with a change of management.
    The challengesThe old management should have been retained. Never a good place for lawyers to practise but good for staff who takes challenges to improve without guidance. You must have passion to learn on your own. If u can do that, u are assured of a job. If not, you rot there.
