I am able to improve my communication skills where every task given need a guidance and help from Project engineers to complete it correctly.The good thingsAlthough I did not have opportunities in leading any projects, however I am able to gain useful leadership insight by observing how superiors lead the team. There are several task that had been assigned to me. In order to complete this task. I have to properly and wisely manage the task given so that I can complete before the dateline.During my experience, I was exposed to a variety of activities in the field of duties even though the job are not done entirely by students for purpose of procedures.
The challengesFrom Microsoft excel, a new knowledge gained during Work Progress for 6.6MV SG_22022017 ( eg : Synthomer Project ) procedures update , Panel list in 600mm and 800mm process and Terminal Block Marking Stripe process and Pre-assembly and Final Assembly Inspection Checklist process. I am able to use and handle machine controller for cutting, bending and punching the busbar based on the angle, size, length, width, and height after 1st taught by machinist. From wiring,i have learnt new step from cutting, crimping, labelling or marking stripes, and wiring parts of LV door and installs of the product.
