A rewarding role with extensive exposure to business operations and leadership
The good thingsI truly appreciated the opportunity to lead multiple departments, specifically HR, Finance, and Accounting. The environment allowed me to develop my leadership skills, where I was able to manage end-to-end operations, from full-set accounting to strategic policy development. It was a great place to gain hands-on experience in business growth and stakeholder management.
The challengesThe company has a very warm, family-oriented culture which is great for team bonding. However, I believe there is an opportunity to further formalize communication and operational structures. By clearly defining professional boundaries and focusing on output-based performance, the organization can maintain its close-knit feel while ensuring a more structured professional environment.
