Everyone sees things differently, but I can say the support and training provided were solid.
The good thingsI’ve been here long enough to see how the system has changed internally and how the team has grown over time. One thing I can say is that this is a good place to learn, grow, and build connections. As long as you stay focused on your responsibilities and deliver what is expected, you will be fine.
The challengesChasing deadlines is something everyone would mention as a challenge, but honestly, which company doesn’t have deadlines? I see it less as a challenge and more as something that keeps me on my toes and pushes me to stay sharp.

The job is highly demanding with unrealistic expectations, constant micromanagement, and little support, creating a stressful work environment where mistakes are not tolerated.
The good thingsThe staff are friendly and helpful. The working environment is relaxed, and they don't restrict your activities as long as you complete your tasks responsibly.
The challengesThe job is demanding, with high expectations from the start. You're expected to perform well even as a new hire, with little tolerance for mistakes. The workload is heavy, and they micromanage constantly. Despite claims of a "family" environment, the company culture feels stressful and unsupportive

Good place to work and start your career. With proper grit and determination, there are career development opportunities.
The good thingsA good place for you to learn and experience full time employment and in a call center working environment.
The challengesMany applicants will find it hard to understand the jobscope if they do not read through the company profile and job description listed on the job advertisement.

    A good place to start
The good thingsYou don't need to bring back your work. Once you understand the process, everything is a repetitive routine. The salary was paid on time. They also welcome fresh grads.
The challengesThe training wasn't efficient enough. The trainer requires more training to be honest. The system itself is really slow and they tend to blame your wifi speed instead. Workload + expectation is high. So many turn over in this company as the supervisor doesn't appreciate their staff even after you have done more than others and KPI was set high. Also, it's very hard to communicate with the night shift managers especially working from home. Mental health has to be strong on this one.

    Great job for experience
The good thingsGBW is a great environment for fresh graduates or people seeking to kick start their carreer. The environment is great and the job requires a lot of teamwork building. People there are nice and helpful too. Everyone there is most delightful and challenges there will make the job more interesting than stress. This is a good place for you to hone your communication skills and Microsoft Office skills.
The challengesThe communication of information between co-workers would need to be more organised.

A great place to learn and make friends
The good thingsWhen they say fresh graduate is welcomed to apply, they really meant it. They provide training to new staff and was very welcoming to people from various educational background to work here. I would say it's a good office experience to work here and if you play your cards right, it's not stressful at all. Great MNC experience for me. Open communication is welcomed and there's no hierarchical here. You can voice up your opinion anytime to anyone.
The challengesSince this is a branch office and not the HQ, the career growth is quite challenging. Hard for you to step up unless someone else is good enough to take up your spot. Well, it's expected since it's a small company. Since you are in the operation team, it's quite expected to have repetitive work, but then again when you got good at it, it's just like a walk in a park.

    Great Working place
The good thingsGood working environment, good team mate working as a family though the job is challenging but we always do our very best as a team. Another good things is the salary is good and they look after the staffs.
The challengesIt was challenging job as I was in charge of 14 countries running different client program monthly with limited head count. My major tasks includes making difficult decisions when required and to ensure that client satisfaction is maintain by providing correct and timely update, reports and feedback to appropriate department.

It's not worth it to spend your life working here
The good thingsGood friends and colleagues to work with; we're always helping each other out when needed. The best thing is I don't have to bring home my work.
The challengesNot being appreciated after spending most of my time in settling a large amount of works. There is also no real benefit in working for this company; it's as if you're considered as a part time employee when you're a full time employee with no bonus and pro-rated annual leave and medical leave.
