The good thingsAble to learn more things to manage site project. good for fresh graduate to growth knowledge in construction field. the company trainee you how to communicate and manage project by cooperate with sub contractor. we also can learn to solve issues problem which common happen to all construction project.

The challengesThe stress and pressure working was a common happen to all working department. Multi task will trainee and brings your stress and pressure out. to handle multi task which only me to cover the whole site. Material order and control, supervise sub con for structure, architecture and infra work. one person full time in charge for the site project
