    Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars I would.
    The good thingsDecent work-life balance. Friday is half day.
    The challengesDisorganized, zero structure, no direction, toxic work environment, no one ever knows what is going on. Classrooms still being built on the first day of school. Empty promises delivered to parents. Minimal resources. Prepare to face unfair treatment and being looked down upon if you're not a white expat.

    I am an economics teaching leaving Kdu for career advancement. I will miss kdu. I have learnt more skills as teacher than in any other place I have worked in my 13 years. Constant drop in Increase quality. Good feedback encourages teachers to do better. Bosses are well equipped with EQ. Everything is organised. Leaving end of this month with heavy heart.
