One thing for sure, I'm happy!
The good thingsI'm happy working here because the management, boss, staff & environment are very kind & nice. The location is very strategic. Other than that, I feel like home when i'm in the office. The salary is quite low but it's okay. As long as I'm happy working here, the salary won't bother me much. Everyone here makes me feel loveable & comfortable. I'm enjoying my working life here to the fullest. Thanks
The challengesThe challenge of course in term of customer satisfaction. It's hars actually but I'm trying my best to serve our guest better. In hospitality industry, customer is the king, so the biggest challenge is to make sure they feel comfortable during their holiday & it is part of my job & also my challenge. This challenge change me to be more profesional, well manner, well spoken & how to respect people
