    The good thingsGood L&D, that will honed and test your skills in adapting and handling difficult customer in a very stressful environment. If you survive here for more than 2 years. You will survive anywhere else.
    The challengesLow pay, High Stress, Bad Management and HR Team. (Under HR is L&D Team which is great, but the HR in totality is biased towards upper management.

    The good thingsHave very least option for contact centre in Melaka. Not the best but I will say better than nothing.
    The challengesWe are the main contact centre despite our HQ is in Singapore. So do expect a lot of work load. But come with a lot of benefit and good salary in Melaka.

    The challengesHave to facing various customer's behaviour. Some customer can accept our explaination, some customer keep with their own stand, and refused to accept our words. That must handle with care.
