    Good Working atmosphere vs Bad employee relation
    The good thingsA very good working environment with relaxing atmosphere. Good amenities : gym, karaoke, sleeping room, games corner etc. Excellent learning and development arrangements. Classroom learning are good and tutors are willing to go extra miles so that we understand what are expected from a new joiner. Working location is strategic, near to city and housing area.
    The challengesIts a call center, therefore the stress is high. Customer is always right concept are wrongly practiced here sometimes to the extend of ignoring the company policy. Poor employee relation where the plight of workers are often ignored. Human resources are not ready to listen to the staff's responds. Lot's of technical issues which result in poor and slow results. A very slow career advancement. Its a call center, so expect harsh customers calling in, may even result in emotional instability.

    Great work place for someone who like challenge
    The good thingsI like working with this company because they give a lot of rewards and recognition. This company also very friendly environment. We all always sharing knowledge and culture as this company not only consist of Malaysian, but from other countries as well like Nigeria, Pakistan, Iran, Philippines etc. The most i like in this company is, they always motivate the employees.
    The challengesAlmost everything in this company actually perfect. But still there is some aspect we as the employee wish to be better. For example, about the swap day shift, it shouldn't be too much burden as we only do swapping, not escape from doing the job. Other part, perfect!
