A good place to pre-build your career

The good thingsEntry salary is quite high based on the qualification, good surrounding & atmosphere, although its a small company, the sales is big and the workload is complicated. Its a very good place for industries newcomers to learn the basic structure of working foundation in private foundation or MNC . Anybody who that starts here should stay for 2 or 3 years at least to get the strong experiences needed..

The challengesWell, you have to work on every Saturdays, starts from 9am to 1pm. Quite a halfday but you still get paid full. There is no proper leadership of organizational reporting line as the Malaysia branch was reporting directly to the headquarters at Singapore, therefore the chain of command always mixed up and certain sometimes create difficulties in order to complete major tasks.Work space kinda small.
