    The challengesLess manpower and multitasking is a must, but it is important for a newcomer as they can learn a lot. As hotel business is often on an international level, so that Staff training should also be internationalized. Cross-culture training needed to be taken into consideration when planning and designing training. Language training became especially important in international staff training.
