    The good thingsGood team work within your own department.
    The challengesYou have to agree to everything your superior says. Do not appreciate feedback. HR takes care of company, not of employees. Importance not put on staff welfare. Too Japanese-minded..not healthy culture or work environment. Only Japanese will do well here or those who do not have to think.
