What’s it like working at Suzuki Malaysia?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Suzuki Malaysia particularly value the strong team environment and friendly colleagues who create a supportive atmosphere. The company offers good learning opportunities, including training sessions and exposure to Japanese business culture, while the open office concept facilitates closer interaction with management.

However, there are some areas for improvement, including the need for better work-life balance as work hours can be demanding with after-hours meetings and weekend work. The management style tends to be quite hands-on, and there are opportunities to enhance systems and documentation to reduce manual processes.
