    The challengesThe management and backstabbing culture. It happen some of the divisions will back stab you to escape from their mistakes. Their culture is 'work-shop minded'.

    24/7 working life, work life balance is impossible
    The good thingsSalary on time. Some of the colleagues are very friendly and helpful.
    The challengesThe company culture is very different with others. They prefer/expect you can work 24/7, you are impossible to go back on time because they may have meeting after 6pm or almost full day meeting you need to stay back to settle daily jobs. The environment of work is too noisy to me, i prefer a peaceful environment during my working hours.

    Experience in Suzuki
    The good thingsWhen i worked there, i had an experience to travel to Japan for a week. it's been a wonderful experience and I learnt more about Japanese culture. And another one was i had a chance to learn more in procurement, working culture and business management. And i learnt a lot in automotive industry.
    The challengesActually they got a system, but not fully implemented and i think because of no direct path given by management and we need to do it independently. And of course when the things go wrong you are the person to be blamed, not even your superior, but when you do it right, yes your superior will enjoy the fame.

    The good thingsgood working environment, Sociable colleagues, Open-minded people around me, very nice bosses, networking - met many corporate big shots I had been seeing in papers in person within short time, managers encourage me to grow and welcome my feedback and ideas. I am treated as an important member of the team.managers encourage me and help me find solutions to problems as a team.
    The challengesmust be multi tasking person and can work in pressure, sometime need to work on weekdays, less benefit for employees, no activity for employees, short manpower, poor management, last minute work.

    Great working culture
    The good thingsThe working culture is fun, i can feel the staff chemistry and bonding is there despite the different units we worked for. I Learned to appreciate what people have done to help our work run smoothly. No big issues in the absence of someone important. The open office also plays an important role as we feel so close with the top management.
    The challengesThe career development couldve been improved further. The opportunity of one being promoted is not completely examined. The salary is not fair to the position being held & work being carried out. There is also no overtime payment for extra hours spent in the office to finished job to meet the deadlines.

    The good thingsMy company always send us go to training if have new information about new car or technical information,salary also not bad.Every year always have bonus,send us traveling to another outlet and share with other.Suzuki Malaysia the best.
    The challengesWorking with this company make my life wonderfull,working envourement so good and management always make sure we as staff no stress.Management also train us how to handle customer service,how to treat customer as your own family make they comfort you know what I mean,customer service is NO 1.
