24/7 working life, work life balance is impossibleThe good thingsSalary on time. Some of the colleagues are very friendly and helpful.
The challengesThe company culture is very different with others. They prefer/expect you can work 24/7, you are impossible to go back on time because they may have meeting after 6pm or almost full day meeting you need to stay back to settle daily jobs. The environment of work is too noisy to me, i prefer a peaceful environment during my working hours.
