The good thingsI have learnt how to manage my emotions with younger kids and my working colleagues have shared their experience that made me to realise my mistakes in teaching. My principal always provides feedback that helps me to improvise myself from time to time.
The challengesDealing with parents are the most difficult ones as they tend to call/message me even after the work hour.

    ICT teacher
The good thingsThe Principal treats all employees very well and the school approves reasonable request fast and good increment of yearly salary to preforming employees. School is willing to improve technical facilities and does not hesitate on enhancing employees' knowledge by sending them for courses.
The challengesI love working in the school and I would not leave the school if I were not force to teach Computer Science instead of ICT. I have taught ICT for the more than ten years before I left almost 2 years ago. If the school changes its mind and goes back to offering ICT instead of Computer Science, I do not mind going back to teach in the School.
