Not recommended BPO to working at all !!The good thingsI would not recommend working with TDCX based on my recent experience. While some projects are promising, there is a concerning trend of retrenchments occurring as each year ends, affecting various departments. This creates an unstable work environment and significant uncertainty for employees.
The challengesAdditionally, communication from management is often lacking when it comes to these decisions, leaving teams in the dark until the last minute. Morale suffers as people feel they’re working hard on projects that may not even continue. While the work itself can be engaging, the constant cycle of layoffs and poor communication makes it difficult to feel secure or valued within the company.
