Please don't post job offer with such salary while you can't offer that much.
The good thingsFellow colleagues were nice
The challengesPosted job offer for customer service agent with RM4,200 - RM5,000 salary, but was told the maximum they can offer was just RM4,000 even with my years of previous working experiences in customer service roles. Speechless. Please don't post job offer with such salary while you can't offer that much.

Never recommend fresh graduates or experiences people to join this irresponsible company
The good thingsTraining period is good Others just totally underparred
The challengesManagement really a headache. At first will treat you well as you are still new in the floor. But once you joined the floor, they will extend your mistake and made everyone know. Secondly, the KPI always keep changing per month, which conflict with what you sign in the contract. Thirdly, they won't fight back if you make any mistake, and they will ask you to take the blame even though you have followed all the process from them. Fourthly, nesting period is a mess, and always change the process. For example previous batch need 1 months to pass all the task before officially online to serve customer, else will failed you from the project. Yet plenty of new agent being nesting for more than 3-4 months with multiples fail on mock chat. Which shows unfairness as they are getting same salary with those who did both assessment compared to new joiners.

The management team will do a lot of weird things.
The good things just feel free while you dont have a meeting.
The challengesGoogle project let me feel the project very selfish , every PRP [kpi incentive] 1800 , they count KPI on 3 months 1 Quote , if the end Q you didn't hit KPI , last 2 months incentive need to pay back to company, they will count on your next KPI , is mean your next Quote hit KPI can't get the incentive.

gave me some exposure, but the unfair management and poor treatment. will not recommend to anyone
The good thingsThose colleagues only and walk in distance during lunch break
The challengesMy experience at TDCX was quite disappointing due to very bad management practices. Many decisions felt unprofessional, especially when it came to handling staff. High-performing employees were retrenched without clear justification, while low-performing or problematic staff were kept or moved to other projects. This shows a serious lack of fair staff segregation and proper performance evaluation.

They don't care about their employees. They only care about numbers. There's no work life balance. If you fail one of their metrics, then everything is failed. Controllable or uncontrollable, those are all the same to them. They don't look behind the reason but they only look at the number. Pass or fail. If you pass all metrics, it's good enough. If you fail one of the metrics, everything is ruined - failed. Then they will replace with new hire and the same thing will happen again. Attrition rate is super high. They will hire you when they need you, they will remove you and replace if no longer needed. Toxic and micro-management is real in this company. If you plan to apply here, think a million times as it will ruin your entire life. You should consider a different company.
The good thingsNothing good. Too many promises but not given at all.
    The challengesToxic and micro management

Due to deteriorating conditions, my health suffered, and I decided to pursue a new career instead of filing a complaint.
The good thingsThere’s a good working relationship among team members and High salary. BUT The management team ignores our operators' concerns and is uncooperative in improving the work environment. They follow client demands even when it harms the team.
The challengesPL requests are denied at the start of the year, causing understaffing during peak season. MC is discouraged due to client pressure. Internal transfer requests are often rejected, and employees failing to meet targets are terminated without warning. Despite unavoidable overtime, no paid.

They only hire you during the Peak Season for this position. Once the season ends, they retrenched, and remain the senior who was performing well. This has been ongoing for 3 years, and each year, two phase of retrenchment.
The good thingsThe Salary is High, Competitive, hence, no bonuses or increment (unless promoted)
The challengesThe overall workflow and supports provided for this position are great, and you need to use your critical thinking in order to excel for this position. Language are not the barrier, but how you analyze the case is crucial, and important

Overall, working as a Crisis Management Specialist at TDCX has equipped me with invaluable skills and experiences that will benefit my future endeavors. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and talented team.
The good thingsWorking as a Crisis Management Specialist at TDCX has been both a challenging and rewarding experience that has significantly contributed to my professional growth. I had the opportunity to develop and hone essential skills that are critical in crisis management and customer service.
The challengesIn a fast-paced and often high-pressure environment, I learned to think quickly and strategically. It was essential to assess each situation carefully, identify the causes of issues, and implement effective solutions promptly.

Not recommended BPO to working at all !!
The good thingsI would not recommend working with TDCX based on my recent experience. While some projects are promising, there is a concerning trend of retrenchments occurring as each year ends, affecting various departments. This creates an unstable work environment and significant uncertainty for employees.
The challengesAdditionally, communication from management is often lacking when it comes to these decisions, leaving teams in the dark until the last minute. Morale suffers as people feel they’re working hard on projects that may not even continue. While the work itself can be engaging, the constant cycle of layoffs and poor communication makes it difficult to feel secure or valued within the company.

Don't waste your time here if you plan to look for long term job.
The good thingsNothing is good there
The challengesLow pay, less increment 50-100, if company no profit, then no increment at all. Poor management. Give less salary and expect you to do multiple task. Set a high expectation on you and push you to the limit. I been work for more than 8 years and still as junior position.

NO work-life balance and empty promises! NO increment or year-end bonus in this company and they don't care about their agent's health! They only care about their KPI and numbers. Every day in fear of losing a job and they don't give a heads up on that. Their focus its only with their management and client not for the staff

If you love a super fast paced working environment likened to the speed of a bullet train, you would definitely enjoy working here.
The good thingsBy direct bosses and colleagues were those really hardworking ones, friendly and willing to help when in need. Most of them are now my friends which I value the most.
The challengesWorking environment was super challenging, super fast paced and there's little to no breather for yourself. Monday begins on Saturday / Sunday for me due to the job demands. Count my blessings if I could have five hours of sleep.

The good thingsNothing. Very poor management
The challengesManagement and no transparency. No incentives. No increments. KPI targets are all almost perfect. No room for mistake. You may lose your job any moment and they will not tell you about it.

    No opportunity for career advancement
The good thingsI was fortunate enough to be in an intake where i could meet friendly colleagues which made working a bit more fun. Multicultural community. I do get to go back home on time without needing to worry about backlog tasks. Tasks assigned are easy dont require follow ups.
The challenges1)During interview, HR said there are monthly KPI incentives but in reality, they were every hard to achieve that you'll hardly get to full amount. There are no bonus for my position level either as HR told me the KPI incentives are treated as our bonus.. 2) Annual Leaves are based on a first come first serve slot allocation basis per team. Its a problem getting a slot especially during festive holiday. My project requires agents to work on Public Holidays too. Leave in lieu will be given. 3) No transportation allowance provided at all for agents working in office. 4) I need to explain to my superior why i am 1-2 mins late for work clock in. 5) Doing the same tasks every single day without challenges, there's like over 100 agents in the same project i was working for, little career growth opportunity and need to compete with so many agents if there is a better internal job opportunity.

Micro management and they are not pro agent
The good thingsCo-workers only AL approval
The challenges-Hitting the metrics thinking that their people are robot. -They value numbers more and they don’t listen to their agent. -They don’t listen to their Agent’ts feedback -The management only listen to client -Some of the team leaders value more of their position instead of keeping and fighting for their agents. -Most of the management are YES person -They don’t have concrete palan. There are always changes without informing the agents. -Every month they remove agents due to “Business needs” -They better choose to remove tenured agents than to value and keep them. -No career growth -Less opportunities for incentives -The account is all about numbers lol

    POOR MANAGEMENT, NO CAREER GROWTH,
The good thingsNone. Only my workmates, they are the one making things lighter.
The challengesThey value the client more than their workers. They tend to make changes abruptly without considering their people. There are sudden removal of employees so that they can hire a new one with low salary than increasing the tenured ones. The incentives are very difficult to get. They change rules and instructions without proper information dissemination. The management and the team leaders usually do power tripping. No career growth. They always see negative things than appreciate the good things.
