The challengesThe role can be demanding, especially when one person is responsible for an entire function without backup. In such cases, taking extended leave can be difficult, and even applying early does not always guarantee a continuous one-week break.
Internal staff were sometimes compared with external agents who had access to more comprehensive tools and resources, while internal employees worked with more limited support.
During my time there, job stability could feel uncertain as employment decisions sometimes happened suddenly and with little to no prior discussion. Overall, the environment may be challenging for those who value stability, clear expectations, and work–life balance.
