    Good personal growth
    The good thingsThe first year mark is when we find the work more satisfying, as we are able to start delivering good results to clients. The remuneration structure allows you to stay for at least a year if you work diligently, and start making an appropriate income. Room to grow is also extensive, ranging from advisory to strategy, also a lot of freedom for working practices. Good central direction,and very fortunately, no politics.
    The challengesChallenging during first few months due to need to build network and capability. Need to put in a lot of extra effort to catch up, therefore working hours will depend on the effort put in.

    Good company
    The good thingsThe people and the environment gave me a lot of self development space. It has offered me more than what a normal IP firm would offer and due to the size of the company, most of us are to explore different areas of division which lead to a lot of hands on experience.
    The challengesThe way the company is managed could have been better and the clarifications between divisions should be better managed.
