The challenges1. If you don't have at least 3 sales per day you have to stay back until 7pm
2. Plus if you don't reach your sales target every week, you have to work on weekend too for half day (alternate weeks)
3. Stressful and exhausting mentally since you need to handle customer and the management of TM don't want to consider to choose either to stay back until 7pm or work on weekend only. They only care about the sales not the wellbeing of the workers. No tips on how to pitch to customer even from the upper management. They just know how to instruct you to do it yourself.
4. If you're thinking of working as telesales, you need to make sure you have good sales skills and able to reach high target everyday.
5. This job does not promise you career enhancement since TM only use agency to recruit their workers. So, no permanent job. Contract only. Sad right. Hahaa. Do better TM.
