They will play dirty tricks with you to avoid paying your salary. Ridiculous their so called policy 'no-work, no-pay' hello you're the one said no work not me so why shouldn't I be paid my salary. Guys, just make sure you go to Jabatan Tenaga Kerja and fight for your salary. This company is not above the country's laws.

The good thingsI am sincerely grateful to TP for giving me a chance to prove myself, despite not having a prior background in BPO. Their recognition of my diligence and commitment has been a source of motivation for me to continually strive towards excellence.
I take immense pride in announcing that my efforts have not gone unnoticed, and I have now been promoted to a supervisor position after just five months of service. This promotion is a testament to my proficiency and dedication to my duties, and I am grateful for the trust that TP has placed in me.
As a supervisor, I am excited to take on new responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of the company. I am committed to continuing to work hard and deliver results that exceed expectations, and I am confident that TP's faith in me will be rewarded with continued success.
The challengesI just get promoted recently. There are certain task I couldn't complete because it's too complicated. I do feel overwhelmed because of it but I think I just need time to readjust.
