Work life balance in TP KL
The good thingsFirst ever company I've joined which performing 'real' work life balance, very supportive &helpful team lead and teammate.
The challengesEverything in TP is good, just the leave apply system. Why must it be 7days prior to my leave date? What if any sudden changes occur? and couldn't choose UL if I still have AL available in my portal. Should have the right for employee to manage how the leave should be utilize.
