Poor management, high turnover but salary paid on time.

The good things- Able to interact with customers, which may open opportunities for future roles with higher pay.

The challenges- Management lacks structure and planning with decision often made last minute. - Engineers frequently overworked due to understaffing and are expected to handle the consequences of management's poor decisions. - Training is minimal. - High turnover rate, likely due to demanding environment and lack of proper workforce planning. - No clear career progression.

The good thingsTRI is a good company that able to let you learn all Test equipment in SMT line. From SPI,AOI,AXI to ICT tester, all tester was serve in TRI.

The challengesWorking as direct support to customer a bit tired if there are no any backup plan ready. Overall, it is still an ideal compony to recommend for fresh graduate.
