Good Place to learn!The good thingsThe good thing working here is we can get a lot of exposure and experience networking with other Non Government Organisation and Government Organisation in Sexual Reproductive Health related field. The surrounding here is very suitable for fresh graduate to learn and develop their self. We have to hands on in doing many things here which is very good for our own capacity building.
The challengesEveryday is a challenges working here. What doesn't kill you make you stronger, the challenges that you faced caused you able to learnt more. The challenges are mostly comes from project and training that sometimes have unexpected matter arising. However if we already have backup plan, this matter wouldn't be an issue to us. In addition, another challenges is the low salary.
