Stable Job with no Career Path
The good thingsSalary is paid on time, and the company offers good work-life balance. It is suitable for individuals seeking a stable job without high career advancement expectations.
The challengesSalary level is below average. The environment does not encourage growth or improvement, and there is little to learn for fresh graduates as the tasks are mostly administrative.
