Not advise anyone to join the company if you already got a stable job as you might be one among the contributor to high turnover.
The good thingsOn-time salary and there is some good colleague. Environment is clean compared to most manufacturing environments.
The challengesOutdated and poor leadership management which reluctant to bring in experts or taking advise from them, thinking they are the best in the world. Typical chinaman company culture where no clear jobscope and you need to master anything management requested. Management and workers are generally incompetent as no proper training provided, all technical and management knowledge can only be self-learned during on-the-jobs and not validated as knowledge are not passed-on due to high employment turnover rate. You are expected not to be calculative when come to work out of working hours and answering call. There are also some unreasonable old timers creating obstacle and issues. Political environment. No job security. Hazards environment.
