    The good thingsThere are no good things about this place.
    The challengesEVERYTHING. From unrelated job scopes, lousy management, school-level education seniors with no respect for newcomers, and no safety protocols. HR would not do anything to help the crisis over there.

    Good but limited learning opportunity
    The good thingsGood superior who let you handle projects independently. Advices will be given too. Benefits considered moderate if compared to other big company.
    The challengesPoor management direction and decision. Low career enhancement. Lack of food related knowledge and sense among most of the staffs. No proper way to handle crisis from every aspect. There's useless if only non stop writing such called "SOP" without thinking out of the box.

    The challengesEducated people are treated badly. Unqualified people will be holding higher positions and they feel that we are a threat to them and give us more problems. Bad environment, the unhealthy attitude of the management.

    The good thingsGood place to learn many things for fresh graduates as multitasking is required as a common practice in all small companies.
    The challengesVery unprofessional culture, procedures aren't clear, unqualified people will be holding higher position and the talented ones are forced to bow down to them. Educated person are seen as a threat to the old junks and unnecessary problems will be given by them to the newcomers. No much appreciation are given for the efforts put.

    A good place for fresh graduate
    The good thingsYou are given the opportunity to learn everything from zero. A multitasking role allow you to expose more field of knowledge. The working experience gained is useful for your career development in the future no matter the experience is good or bad.
    The challengesThe decision from management is kept changing, or even sometime there is always no decision made. Staff is easily get demotivated after facing repeatedly various demanding task. Insufficient manpower cause the overtime working is always required. Proper resting is important for boosting working efficiency in the work.
