    Poor management but good in life balance
    The good thingsMy work and life is balance, working on time no need for staying late for work. The director is kind person, understanding for any reason. Always treat us (staff only) every month after stock take but sadly he have poor management skills.
    The challengesNeed to do all job by yourself, everything must learn by yourself, nobody will teach and assist you, my teacher is "Mr. Google". Any error must responsible by yourself. We must do our job properly without any benefit in future. It is headache and stressful for me, but because of life balance with my family so i rethink to work for others company. Because the poor management skill, some work or task cannot resolve properly and due to this problem worker turn in/out is very high. The company has loss many skill worker.

    Little experience for your future
    The good things- Work and life balance is very good, easy to manage our time if have personal problem. No stress, but no gain therefore for you who are sluggish and inactive are suitable to working here. Everything learn by him/her self, nobody can teach you whether it correct or not, start learn from bad experience and self improved.
    The challenges- No computerize system, all report do manually start from receive order till shipment process. - last minute job, always request material in last minute without thinking whether supplier can support or not, this is make me headache working in this company environment but in the same time cannot keep safety stock or forecast for supplier ready stock.
