    Helping customers to create company codes to proceed with shipping process.
    The good thingsThe working environment is okay. Colleagues, team leaders and managers were friendly. Can go off work on time after working hours and can even claim Overtime if need to work extra hours or on public holidays.
    The challengesBecause the company works with China, the downside of the company is sometimes have to work on public holidays.

    The Toll Group is an Australian-based subsidiary of Japan Post Holdings with operations in transportation, warehousing and logistics in road, rail, sea and air. It has two divisions Global Forwarding, Global Logistics.
    The good thingsToll has been involved in road safety programs. In 2013, Toll Group was announced as a sponsor of the Amy Gillett Foundation, an Australian cycling advocacy group promoting road safety. In 2016, Toll partnered with Driver Reviver, a community program advocating safe driving behavior by encouraging motorists to take breaks while driving long distances.

    A great working environment as well as supportive colleagues and we keep on learning new things every day.
    The good thingsI love the working environment. My colleagues are all friendly and helpful whenever I am in need. We keep on learning new knowledge every day. Every month, the management will be organizing an excellence award for those who perform very well in their task(s) as a token of appreciation.
    The challengesSince we are looking at our PC for about 8 to 9 hours daily, it would be great if we could have a quick nap session for about 15 to 30 minutes to relax our eyes. Or, a short and simple exercises to keep us energetic throughout the day.
