    Learn to cope with this company. No proper system. No bonus. No Company trip / dinner. No increment. Nothing.
    The good thingsNothing good to say.
    The challengesStress and Lack of cooperation. Work is stressful not because of the tasks themselves, but due to the lack of cooperation and guidance from the accounting department. The senior staff often act superior. The salary is low, and assignments to the site are given without adequate preparation.
