    Great company to work for - it's a O&G supermajor. It helps a great deal if you could speak French although it is not essential.
    The good thingsEnjoyed a great deal of independence. But you need to know your work in order to be confident and respected.
    The challengesAlways working under pressure. Time constraint associated with fast tracking schedule. Cost pressure is the norm everywhere. It's no different at Total. Building Relationship is key and best to be proactive rather than reactive.
