Good environment but internal conflicts and unclear commission structure.

The good thingsThe company environment is good, but there’s still a lot of internal conflict

The challengesSalespeople never really get their commissions. The comission is just for old salespeople. They use GP to count so thats means Don't expect get more commissions.The company says commissions will be given, but in the end, nothing is paid. There is no proper structure explained when you join, and management keeps passing the responsibility around.

Good experiences, good collegues and good employer.

The good thingsI have an excellence team work with Sales department. My x boss was a good man and kind too. The company always care about employees. We always get to go for family trip, makan2 and family dinner together. Its a good environment to work with.

The challengesThey actually need some changes in manage the company. The management need to listen to employees idea etc. and the salary need to upgrade from time to time. DO NOT push sales team and blaming them for their hard work. Production & Sales have to be cooperate more for future bright.
