    Training Specialist
The good thingsThe traveling exposure given. The multi-national culture exposure. The teamwork among colleague even there only silo reporting system. Staffs learn to survive independently and learn to skill up with more surviving tool and knowledge. Staff are trained to sort solutions by themselves most of the time.
The challengesThe direct reporting (silo) directly to US, not much of communication and collaboration between department that we used to have when we were under DICOM (European Management). Since it is silo and reporting to US, accountability and ownership of communication has lessan only very result focus, which is one of the success in this company.
