What’s it like working at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology appreciate several aspects of their workplace, including the flexible working arrangements and generous leave allowances that support work-life balance. The institution offers attractive benefits packages with high EPF contributions and medical coverage. Staff members also value their friendly colleagues and the overall job security provided by the institution.

However, there are several areas that present challenges for employees. The institution's approach to career advancement is primarily based on years of service rather than merit, which can limit growth opportunities. The manual administrative systems and lack of digitalisation create additional workload, while academic staff particularly face heavy teaching and administrative responsibilities. The bureaucratic management style can make it challenging to implement positive changes and improvements.
