A challenging training groundThe good thingsIt's a friendly workplace with little office politics, so you get to concentrate on improving your craft at teaching. The pace can be relentless at times, but it's a good all-round training in time management, building rapport with colleagues and students, administrative paperwork, curriculum development, CQI and a bit of research work (if you can find time for that).

Although \"customer is king\" is becoming the trend in the private education industry, there still needs to be a line drawn between kowtowing to students and parents, and doing what's right in facilitating an effective learning process.
