    Everything is depend on your own
    The good thingsCheering working environment, not many restriction but you have to behave yourself cause you will get to learn how to handle your own role and other's role by helping others. Nice colleague and cool working hours.
    The challengesEverything has to handle by your own, even the job at other's hand. The timeline of every task can be very tight, yet from time to time there will always be a very urgent task to slot in the timeline will cause the original plan delayed.
