    Challenging environment with limited management support and high staff turnover
    The good thingsTheres nothing to describe because Im not enjoyed work here.
    The challengesThe company practices frequent site transfers without much consideration for role suitability. There was also limited support from management when escalation or guidance was needed. Additionally, there were several terminations during my time there, and unfortunately, I was affected as part of that situation.
