    The perfect job if you hate your life
    The good thingsIf you love doing job out of your scope this is the best place for you.
    The challengesNo hope for this company. If you enjoy working everyday until night, spammed by your boss on weekends, repetitive, stingy. No OT whatsoever if you worked more hours. The management itself doesn't know what they want and keep changing every second, ruining the flow for everyone.

    The good thingsThere are incentives provided when sales targets are achieved, which helps motivate staff to perform better.
    The challengesManagement tends to be overly bossy and biased. There is a lack of fairness and professionalism, with frequent negative feedback about staff being shared with top management instead of constructive discussions. Communication between departments is very weak and unclear, and decisions are often made unilaterally without prior discussion or feedback from employees.
