Working closely with senior management, I was trusted to lead infrastructure upgrades, streamline IT support workflows, and contribute to cross-border projects, especially in aligning Singapore and Malaysia operations. For candidates that would like to explore more on current and new technologies; and get a chance to work closely with other close stakeholders, this is a good place to start. Like any other Telco industry, although there is challenges to face and pressure to deal, but it's worth it.

The good thingsIt's a good place for knowledge growth. From technical perspective, this is a good place for play in a playground, filled with current and new technologies. The engineers/staff are friendly and able to guide and teach each other. Recommend for new candidate who has team-player as their forte, as it is a good exposure to new/different projects, hence they will have opportunity to work with different stakeholders and different team members.

The challengesToo deal with the dateline/rfs of each project, and rectifying the blockage faced by engineers during testing phase
