    A good place to gain working experience.
    The good thingsYou will gain confidence in communicating with strangers. A place that will change a person from an introvert to extrovert while working in a team as you have developed confidence. Obviously a beneficial place for an extrovert.
    The challengesThe company need to realize by now the face of the company is their staff in the store located around malaysia and not the artists they pay to be on their cut out board. Those artists never meet nor entertain the customers. Staff do all that.

    The good thingsA great environment to take rest time for mind (not physically, high workload and KPI + tasks), enable to further study with working part time in Watson retail, able to arrange part time and interview via working in Watson due to it have 2 shift working time
    The challengesover workload and expect high on result. Less allowance, horrible and tedious on staff claims. Huge amount of SOP, but SM not follow it. So, why shall ..? High position doesn't mean that high paid.

    Quite bad Interpersonal Management
    The good thingsNot denying the fact that Watson's has a lot benefits to be offered and good experience in polishing the communication skills.
    The challengesI always believe people wont leave a job, they leave cause of poor interpersonal of management. Maybe it was my fate to experience this, but don't normalize to have this attitude just because some have high position. I humbly things this matter can be improved and learned.

    The good thingsEnjoy & fun working here if the area manager, store manager & all staff work as a team, fair treatment & all staff do their job task. It will be better if the store manager is really understanding & tolerate with your problem and you will love to working under the manager.
    The challengesNow the salary is consider okay compare previous years. Need to understand retails working style; shift (weekend & public holiday need more man power). A lot of SOPs need to follow. Various bonus you can get but really struggle to achieve but you never feel the struggle if all staff work as a team.

    The challengesSalary is super duper low to survive in KL with such workload and too many nonsense KPI to achieve everyday every month every year. High turnover which makes it very hard to train new staff each time.
