    The good thingsThe environment of your workplace depends on the attitude of your store team and manager. Mine is good
    The challengesSalary is super duper low to survive in KL with such workload and too many nonsense KPI to achieve everyday every month every year. High turnover which makes it very hard to train new staff each time.

    Well organised, systematic big company which is a good started for beginner.
    The good thingsEstablished retail company which provided enough training and professional career development for each new employer. Watsons is one of the company that have big name in Malaysia retail industry, therefore, we easily build up customer trust, which associates with greater sales.
    The challenges- Salary for health advisor position is too low to survive in the city of kl. Company should provides better remuneration packages in the future.
